Compare – Life & Death Fair Play in the Middle East vs games like Golden State vs Toronto

  • The players on Toronto especially Kyle Lowry took offense to his supporters from Toronto and objected to them cheering the injury of Kevin.
  • Ballplayers know the meaning of having respect for their opponents; but the fans did a great sin by applauding when Kevin Durant was injured.
  • Even when the Twin Towers was attacked by terrorists there were ignorant Muslims who celebrated this attack.

Kevin Durant suffered a right lower leg injury in Game 5 of the playoffs and could not make the first four games in the finals between Golden State and Toronto.  He appeared in game five and played spectacularly until the middle of the second quarter. He made his first three 3 point attempts, he blocked a shot, until he took a hard fall over Toronto Raptors big man Serge Ibaka injuring his Achilles tendon.  The Raptor fans started cheering.  The players on Toronto especially Kyle Lowry took offense to his supporters from Toronto and objected to them cheering the injury of Kevin.  They knew that the Lord in heaven did not like this reaction to the injury of a vital player on their opponent Golden State.  Even though without Kevin Durant they had already defeated Golden State in three of the four first games of the finals, it is not good sportsmanship to applaud his injury. Also God took offense to the reactions of the crowd to teach them a lesson and Golden State defeated Toronto even without Kevin.
Scriptures teach to respect even to love your enemy.  Ballplayers know the meaning of having respect for their opponents; but the fans did a great sin by applauding when Kevin Durant was injured.  After this game should be learned a lesson in life, to respect the other side whether it be in basketball or in business and be proud to win and succeed in the game of life against all your competitors, but not to be happy to see your opponents fall to the earth like did Kevin Durant. Play a fair game.

The hand of God is in everything including sports.  What seemed to be an easy victory for Golden State with a healthy Kevin Durant the odds were way in favor that Golden State would win the NBA championship.  Suddenly Kevin Durant became injured in Game 5 of the playoffs and was out of action until game 5 yesterday. Also Klay Thompson another super player for Golden State was injured in game two but returned in game four. Without Klay Thompson and Kevin Durant despite the great performance of Steve Curry Golden State was slaughtered in game 3.

Golden State had no doubts before the playoffs that they would win the NBA championship.  They didn’t expect that Kevin Durant would get injured.  They didn’t expect that Klay Thompson would be injured. The Playoffs is a lesson to Golden State that nothing is certain.  With Kevin Durant in game five in the first quarter Golden State already had the advantage.  There are miracles in basketball and in life but those miracles can be explained.  The miracle was explainable how Toronto was able to defeat Golden State until game 5.  Golden State was without Kevin Durant.  When Golden State defeated Toronto in Game 5 without Kevin Durant this was the miracle to teach the Toronto fans a lesson not to applaud the injury of a player in sports.

Sports is not life or death. When your life is at stake it is different.  Hamas applauds when terrorists succeed to kill Israelis.  They are determined to wipe Israel off the face of the earth.  With Hamas it is no game.  In a game like the NBA there are two sides which respect each other.  In the battle between Israel and Hamas or Israel and Iran there is only one side and no respect.  Israel attempts to respect the Arabs. Even if they don’t want to respect them Israel knows that they have to play the game right.  America is the boss.  Hamas shoots seven hundred missiles at Israel populated areas with the intention of killing men women and children.  Israel plays the fair game and bombs only military and political targets.  Israel is playing fair game.  Iran and Hamas are applauding terrorism.

Basketball has rules of the game.  Players respect these rules. Without rules there is no game no fair play.
