Chinese University Students Confined Since Back At College

Covid-19 continues to be rampant in many countries, except where it broke out first: China. According to the latest statistics, on September 18, there were only 18 new confirmed patients, all travelers from other countries. Even so, the Chinese government is extremely careful with these imported cases. On September 13, in Ruili, two illegal travelers from Myanmar were reported to be infected. The next day, the local government quarantined the entire city and started to carry out massive PCR testing. In just three days, they’ve already completed 95,362 tests (all negative), and more underway.

Chinese Hard Candy: A Pedophile Lawyer or a Lying Girl?

For five months, internet users in China have been waiting for the result of a special case. On April 9, Yantai Police Department announced that they were officially investigating an alleged statutory rape. A girl, Li Xingxing, claimed that her foster father, Bao Yuming, had been raping her for the past three years. The news heated up when people found out that Bao is a board member of the ZTE Corporation (he was kicked out right after the news).

Global Manufacturing Storefront – Does Your Company Need One?

We are seeing a massive migration to the internet for our business needs. This has been one of the largest business migrations the world has ever seen, but many small manufacturing companies have not even updated their websites in years, not to mention expanded and leveraged a more efficient online capability.

Is it now time for small manufacturing to enter the world markets?

Real Estate Ponzi Schemes Are a Real Problem in China

On August 9, Mrs. Wu from Hangzhou authorized a real estate agent to rent her apartment to a tenant for $880 per month. On August 28, the agent told her that his company was abandoning Hangzhou and that he had resigned the same day. Mrs. Wu has only received the rent for August. She got in touch with the tenant and was informed that he had paid upfront almost $6,000 for a whole year’s rent to the agent plus deposits. That is, the agent company charges the tenant less than $600 a month while paying the owner almost $900. Something doesn’t add up here.

After 11 months of suspension, 16-year-old student Jiang is going to a school in Shaodong to continue his studies on September 3. He is also a released suspect under investigation. It all began with an intentional aggression.

On May 17, 2019, at the Jishou No.2 High School, 15 students beat Jiang up in the bathroom. During the chaos, Jiang took out a knife and stabbed three of them. One was mildly injured while the other two were gravely hurt. Jiang got arrested on August 7 on charges of intentional aggression.

2020 India-China border standoff

Under the Jammu and Kashmir Reorganization Act, 2019, the State of Jammu and Kashmir ceased to exist and was converted into two main territories, 86 days after the Indian Parliament abrogated its special status under the Article 370.

Chinese foreign ministry’s spokesman described the reorganization of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh as “void.” He highlighted that Ladakh contained Chinese territories and urged India to respect Chinese sovereignty and territorial integrity. Indian ministry of external affairs responded to this and argued that Beijing was in illegal possession of parts of the erstwhile State of Jammu and Kashmir.

Does Every Wholesale Company Need a Global Storefront?

The internet and business landscape are changing at rates not seen before.  With this incredible change occurring right in front of us, why hasn’t the online wholesale industry adapted and become more efficient? Instead, there seems to be very little change and increased efficiency over many years.

For example:  We believe each wholesale company today should have their own global storefront.

The Girl Who Cried Wolf

Recently, a Weibo account posted a long article titled “Loving You, Hence Raping You.” In this article, the poster, Liang Ying, accused her ex-boyfriend, Luo Guanjun, of raping her on their first date.

According to Liang, after Luo raped her, she felt shame and fear. But considering that Luo had a decent job, she became his girlfriend, unwillingly. Later, she found out that Luo had raped other girls before and had been visiting prostitutes. She also had an abortion for him, which she buried alone next to a temple.

Murderer’s Survival Manual in China: How to Skip Prison and Become an Official

In another article I talked about Zhang Yuhuan, who served 26 years before being sentenced not guilty. The protagonist of today has enjoyed the opposite fate.

In 1993, Batu Menghe was sentenced to 15 years for murdering his friend Bai Yongchun the year before. Bai’s mother, Han Jie, was expecting a severer sentence. But Batu was only 17 years old by then and turned himself in after the crime, so he didn’t receive the death penalty. However, to Han’s surprise, Batu didn’t even fulfill this lighter punishment.

One Stop Online Wholesale Shopping Soon Worldwide

Is the global free markets wholesale business the most inefficient market in the world?

With the exposition of the internet and online retail business, has the wholesale market kept up with its peers?

Not only has the wholesale market not kept up, but the industry’s failure to keep pace with Amazon is a key reason why Amazon has been so successful and the wholesale industry has done very poorly.  Amazon reached out to the Chinese wholesale industry directly with many seminars in China, and Amazon even started their own shipping business to move goods from China to the US and then directly into their prime marketplace.

China – Man Sentenced Not Guilty After 26 Years in Prison

In 1993, two kids were found dead in a pool in Jiangxi. They were strangled first and then dumped there. The police soon arrested Zhang Yuhuan, a local farmer whose clothes were found nearby and with scars on both arms. One year later, he received a death sentence with reprieve.

On August 4 this year, after almost 27 years behind bars, Jiangxi Higher People’s Court reviewed the case and discovered that in the original trial, the evidence was not clear. Base on the presumption of innocence, Zhang is sentenced again as not guilty, after 9,778 days in prison, the longest record of its kind in China.

Period Poverty in China: Cheap Vs Safe

On Taobao, China’s largest online shopping website, you can find almost any products and services. Recently, a product there has raised tons of discussions. Several online shops sell sanitary pads in bulk, and in one of them, one questioner asks: “these pads in bulk are clearly three-without products (without brand and fabricator, without expiration date and without quality certificate), why are you girls even buying them?” The answers below can be, sadly, concluded in a sentence: because life is difficult.

She went out and saw no one there, so she went back in. The elevator took her to the eighth floor. She went out again. This time, she didn’t come back, neither did she find her family.

Online Global Wholesale that is Open to list Your Products

As a wholesaler, you can increase sales and global awareness if you know how to find the right platform.

There are three basic ways to sell your product:

  • Sell directly to customers via your website.
  • Sell to retail stores, which then sell to customers.
  • Post at a wholesale distributor, which sells to retail stores.

In our small business we are involved with all three, but I would like to introduce you to wholesaling online, a newer global concept.

With today’s global world, having an ongoing income, self created inside your home, is now more important than ever. If your kids are staying home or the business where you work is closed, what are some of your options?
