Confession of a Senior Citizen in Danger from Coronavirus

  • Coronavirus has come to wake up mankind.
  • This world is temporary, a corridor to the eternal world to come.
  • Connect with God through his prophets and angels.

I appreciate very much my children your concern about my life and the life of other senior citizens who are in danger from coronavirus. The virus is a burden on all of humanity not only senior citizens. Getting sick is not pleasant. After recovery if there are no complications these sufferings will be forgotten when life returns to normal.

For the young to be concerned about the lives of their parents and grandparents will be for them a great merit, for some day they will become old like us, they will face death.  To honor your father and mother is one of the Ten Commandments. When you face death the question comes into your mind about the future which is stressed in religion called afterlife. In your last moments of life you are forced to look back at your history from your day of birth.  It is a time of soul searching to examine how all your years were used and how much time in your life was wasted. With age comes wisdom and the wisdom is multiplied many times when death approaches or in the face of danger.

Moses in the wilderness made a bronze snake like captioned above to end a plague on Israel.

Education is the key to success in life. Many people did not have the opportunity to study the Bible which is the richest source of wisdom.  They devoted themselves to study more materialistic lucrative occupations like law, science, and medicine.  Study of the Bible is difficult and needs reinforcement from educators, parents and elders who have the knowledge of the Bible in theory and practice.

If the education is not forced on the child at a young age, the child will seek to avoid many of the truths presented to him in the Bible because they threaten his freedom.  For this reason the Bible instructed Abraham the father of the Jewish people and Ishmaelite’s to circumcise their children at a young age.  Jews circumcise their children eight days after birth. In Circumcism there is pain for the child. The Jewish child is not given free choice at the age of eight days and most of Jewish education is without free choice to enable the child to grow into the Law of God until he will be at the age of marriage.

Even though a Jewish child is considered a man at the age of 13, not until he is married does he grow from son or daughter to father and mother when together they make a family. The parents accept their yoke of education of their children as they fulfill the commandment of “Be fruitful and multiply.”

Most of the life of the Orthodox Jew is without any free choice. Marriage also puts a limitation on free choice when two people man and woman become partners in building a family.  There is freedom even for Orthodox Jews but it is within restrictions of the Law of Moses. Freedom does not come to reject the importance of the Law of Moses but as an addition to it. At this point in Jewish life there is both the work in the world as a servant doing the will of God and freedom the connection to God from love without the need of discipline. Not all religious Jews reach this level.

Orthodox Judaism as well as Islam teach self-sacrifice which means giving your life for the cause of the Torah or Koran. Fundamentalism within Orthodox religion rejects freedom completely. You never become free which means to enter the Universal light of God. This causes a conflict in Modern times between secular and religious.  Secular defends freedom and human rights. Religion suppresses them.

People growing up in a secular environment do not receive religious discipline at a young age. They have a choice at some time in their lives to begin to search for God and truth. When faced with death like a senior citizen in today’s times when Corona hovers over our heads, it is still not too late to begin your search.  The search for truth is intermingled with many questions.  Today the internet sometimes called Rabbi Google, Reverend Google, Iman Google is a vessel which can be used to get answers.  After each answer comes another question. All the questions end up in the end to a final decision which is to accept the Bible or not. Accepting the Bible is different for a Jew, Christian, or Muslim. Acceptance of the Bible means acceptance of your life and being your own judge to recognize your mistakes in life as well as taking pleasure in your achievements.

The Lubavitcher Rebbe my mentor believed in the importance of attending synagogue even just one time, or placing Phylacteries called Tefillin on your arm and between your eyes on your head just one time. It is never too late. Every good deed counts and adds to the accounting of good deeds and sins when you enter the gates of heaven or may need a short visit to Hell.

The hyssop plant had mystical powers which was used to neutralize the powers of the angel of death on passover night.

At the gates of heaven you will be greeted by Archangel Michael, Gabriel, etc  according to your faith. This supernal judge may be the Messiah of your faith. The Messiah will escort you into heaven take you on a tour to visit the various chambers in heaven and hell. Just like was a custom in Biblical times to immerse in the River Jordan or in the Sea of Galilee, also in heaven there is a ritual bath which cleanses souls from death. At the end of the journey, you reach the land of Israel in heaven which is the whole of the supernal world to receive your own portion in God.

Religion stresses to seek help from God and not from angels even though angels are also eternal.  Angels are the ministers of God.  The three main angels are Michael, Gabriel, and Rafael. Faced with the Corona virus the pandemic which confronts the world, the angel Rafael becomes most important. Rafael is the angel which brings healing. Michael and Gabriel are the angels who support faith in God.

When people are healthy emotionally and physically they are supported by the two angels of faith Michael on the right side of kindness and love of God, Gabriel on the left side of severity the fear of God and his law. In the center of these two angels is Rafael who sustains faith, heals the sick brings mercy and compassion to those suffering in this world. Religion will not allow to worship angels only God. But the angels are also Godly.

The angels have been revealed to mankind through the prophets of God principally through Mohammed, Jesus and Moses. When you need healing you need Rafael but if Rafael separates himself from the other two angels of God, he becomes idolatry. People worship the only the mercy of Rafael health and happiness which is not perfect faith.  Sufferings are also part of life.

The universal faith includes all three prophets and all of the three angels who are the ministers of faith in God.  God is one, but his majesty is distributed amongst his ministering angels. Religion connects principally through one of these angels as their connection to God. The Lubavitcher Rebbe is called the Messiah by his students because through his connection to the Kabballa, he connected to all three sides of truth even though his place was principally in Judaism which connects to God through the Law of Moses. Connecting to Rafael who brings spiritual healing is suppressed in Judaism. Judaism is the most earth grounded of all of the religions. The world following the way of the earth wants conventional healing for corona through quarantine, medicine and vaccines.

In Numbers 12, Miriam the sister of Moses was struck with leprosy and was sent in quarantine for one week, before she was healed. In Numbers 21:9 When there was a plague in the camp Moses healed with a bronze rod in the image of a snake.  King Solomon had a book with mystical secrets which were used in healing. The book of healing, and the bronze snake of Moses were hidden by the King Chezkiyahyu because if people had these secrets they would use them and not pray to God for help. They may also worship angels, demons, and medicine. Rafael the angel of healing lives today carrying with him the universal energy of life which is available to mankind especially when conventional medicine has no cure or vaccine for corona or other disease mental and physical. Remember not to forget the angels. Connect to the prophets of truth like the Baal Shem Tov the founder of Chassidism who was a spiritual healer as well as a teacher of Torah.

At the age of 20 I began my search for spiritual purpose in life. Now at the age of 70, when my life is threatened by Corona I receive the words of King David in Psalms, as I walk through the valley of death I will feel no evil.  I still have more work to do in this world all the time that I am alive. My work today is in World Unity and Peace to encourage you to search for God if you have not as yet taken on this pursuit. For the young, I forgive you for forgetting the tradition which was established by your forefathers, but the time has come to make an accounting of purpose in life like in the words of the Bible Deuteronomy, I give you today the choice between good and evil, life and death, and recommend you to choose life through connecting to God through the holy scriptures and to find for yourself a spiritual mentor. In Malachi 4:6, Behold I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the dreadful day of the Lord.  And he will return the hearts of the fathers to their children, and the hearts of their children to their fathers. Otherwise I will come and strike the land with a curse.

Peace to all of our children, and May God bring an end to the plague of Corona like he has ended other plagues in history. May we all become wise and enrich ourselves with the holiness of the Bible and scriptures. May we find happiness in this world and a share in the afterlife in the next world.
