Navalny Special Treatment and “Special Tea”

  • Navalny in German Charite Clinic.
  • Navalny was on bail at the time of travel from Tomsk.
  • His youtube Navalny Live is making despicable statements about the Russian doctors.

Alexey Navalny, allegedly been poisoned last week prior boarding the plane in Tomsk. As a result of falling ill, he has been transported to Germany for treatment. His was transportation to Germany via the Cinema for Peace Foundation and assistance from German Chancellor Angela Merkel. However, Navalny does have a very extensive criminal record.

Alexei Anatolievich Navalny born 4 June 1976, is a Russian politician and anti-corruption activist. He came to international prominence by organizing demonstrations, and running for office, to advocate reforms against corruption in Russia.

Navalny criminal record sheet:

2014- Conviction pertaining the embezzlement of funds: “Yves Roche Vostok”, article 159.4 “Fraud in the field of business” 4. Article.

Article 159.4 of the Russian Federation Criminal Code– Swindling committed by an organized group or on an especially large scale -Shall be punishable by deprivation of liberty for a term of up to ten years with or without a fine in an amount of up to one million roubles or in the amount of the wage or salary, or any other income of the convicted person for a period of up to three years and with restriction of liberty for a term of up to two years or without such.

It should be noted, in Russia corruption is rampant and it is not surprising. For example, after the Boris Nemtsov murder, his inheritance included millions of dollars. Clearly, he did not earn it.

Part 3 of article 174.1 of the criminal code of the Russian Federation: “Legalization of funds or other property by a group of persons by prior agreement”. Sentenced to 3.5 years of probation, criminal record expunged.

Part 2 of article 128.1 of the criminal code, faces a fine or mandatory work.  The case is pending.

Boris Nemtsov was a Russian physicist and liberal politician. Nemtsov was one of the most important figures in the introduction of reforms into the Russian post-Soviet economy.

2017- Navalny convicted in the case of “Kirovles”, from part 4 of article, 160 of the criminal code: “Embezzlement”.  Sentenced to 5 years of probation with a probation period of 1 year and 5 months, if the criminal record is not removed.

Navalny was under strict conditions and was not able to leave Moscow. His travel to Siberia was the violation of his bail conditions. Navalny also received special treatment by being allowed to be transported to Germany. The regular citizen would not have been able to get such privilege.

Navalny’s Live youtube channel continues its propaganda. The despicable content, which now includes harsh criticism of the Omsk hospital. The verbatim used, that Navalny is too special to be there. It is an insult for all the people who live in the region and use the medical facility.

Interestingly, in the past 20 years, there were at least 6 Kremlin foes that have been poisoned via tea consumption. One of the biggest ones being the horrible slow death of the former FSB agent Alexander Litvinenko.

Therefore, the question ponders: How is he for the people? Is he just another elitist, whose desire to be even richer? How is he any better than Putin in this case?

Unfortunately, for the Russian populous there is not an honest candidate.

At present, Navalny continues to be in coma. Depending on his recovery, it would shape the new propaganda from the  both sides of the spectrum. There are theories of the type of poison or the trigger that caused Navalny to be in such serious state.  Russian doctors claim that no known poisons were found in the Navalny blood stream. At the same time, it could be lesser known substance that is very hard to trace. For now, it remains a mystery what happened to him.

Overall, the Kremlin and all the other parties continue to be corrupt.
