Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week to Focus on Youth, Artificial Intelligence and Society

Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week 2020 will start from January 11 to 18, and will be hosted by Abu Dhabi Future Energy Company “Masdar.” The week takes place under the patronage of Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces. Activities will focus on discussing the global sustainability agenda and the role of development in the areas of artificial intelligence, big data and the Internet of Things. All of this is accelerating the pace of sustainable development and other issues that contribute to shaping the future of development in the world.

“New Alliance of Virtue Pact” Signed in Abu Dhabi

Religious leaders signed the new Alliance of Virtue Charter, launched by the Forum for the Promotion of Peace in Muslim Societies, as part of the work of the sixth annual meeting held between December 9-11 this year in Abu Dhabi. The meeting was held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, under the theme, “The Role of Global Support for Tolerance and Religious Freedom.”
