Kabul Car Bomb Kills At Least a Dozen

Indian Engineers, Afghan Taliban Commanders Freed in Prisoner Exchange

The Afghan Taliban said that three engineers belonging to India have been released in exchange for the release of several top Taliban commanders. The release includes ten key commanders and one member of the Haqqani network. Three Indian engineers, who were rescued on Sunday, were among seven engineers abducted last year in northern Afghanistan along with their driver.
