Sales of organic produce which saw a slump after an initial boom almost 10 years ago, are now skyrocketing again. Additionally, after a shaky start, online farm-direct delivery has recently found a strong foothold too, gloating often about their consistent and loyal customer-base, and plant-based food cafes and restaurants are no longer relegated to the daytime smoothie trade, and are fast becoming a repeat destination in the evening dinner restaurant culture.
