We all want to live the best and happiest lives that we can and there are a large variety of articles available on how we can do that. In spite of all the information that is available to us and despite our various efforts to try to take a variety of actions to improve the quality of our lives through exercise, health foods and relaxation techniques, many of us still suffer from anxiety and depression and are still taking medications and other substances to help us cope with our lives.
Was it really a bad day? it’s an interesting question, because why would we say it if it wasn’t true? We all want to have good days. It’s just not that cut and dry though. So many times, I’ve discovered that what I thought was a bad day, was a good day with difficult or bad moments. Sometimes it seems like there were more bad moments than good ones, but was it really a bad day?
