Trump vs Biden – Weighing in On the Pros and Cons

  • Trump has a better plan across the board.
  • Biden's plans will raise taxes for every person in the United States, most importantly income taxes.
  • Trump already doing the best anyone can do.

1) ENERGY:

Pros
Trump – Americans have long been told that the U.S. is running out of energy, but we know that is wrong. America’s energy revolution has produced affordable, reliable energy for consumers along with stable, high-paying jobs for small businesses—while dropping carbon emissions to their lowest level in 25 years. American energy policy must balance environmental protection with economic growth in order to encourage innovation, discovery, and prosperity.

American Energy Dominance: Bad for Bureaucrats, Great for Our Country

Trump on the issues

Biden – Nothing to date, but has devastating plans.

Cons
Trump – Nothing to date.

Biden – THE BIDEN PLAN TO BUILD A MODERN, SUSTAINABLE INFRASTRUCTURE AND AN EQUITABLE CLEAN ENERGY FUTURE

This plan would immediately begin to put workers in the oil and gas industry out of work and cost tax payers billions through raised income taxes.

Too costly with his plan: THE BIDEN PLAN TO BUILD A MODERN, SUSTAINABLE INFRASTRUCTURE AND AN EQUITABLE CLEAN ENERGY FUTURE over a 4 year’s period with the first 2 trillion dollars would be just the beginning. The oil and gas industries are currently doing more to make a transition to cleaner energy than anyone else in the world.

Too many lies. Right off the bat we find unsubstantiated lies on this link.

Trump has proved his ability to produce the world’s greatest economy.

2) ECONOMY:

Pros
Trump – Trump has proved his ability to produce the world’s greatest economy.

Biden – Still talking.

Cons
Trump – Nothing to date.

Biden Unclear.

3) MILITARY:

Pros
Trump Our military’s men and women make great sacrifices to protect our country. While serving, they need every asset at their disposal to complete their mission. As veterans, they deserve to be welcomed home by an accountable, responsible Department of Veterans Affairs that puts veterans first. Veterans are also owed world-class health care at the VA or a private provider of their choosing.

Cons
Trump – Nothing to date.

Biden – No commitment to military spending beyond current efforts. In fact may take away from the militaries needs to sustain superiority via a push by top Democrats to lower current military costs and cut military spending. Without a strong military force America won’t be America for long. According to the Biden website he makes no mention of providing necessary upgrades for the troops. He said the United States and other countries should commit military forces to exclusive use by the United Nations’ Security Council.

4) INFRASTRUCTURE:

Pros
Trump – Nothing more visibly reveals the failure of Washington than the crumbling roads, bridges, and infrastructure that dot America’s landscape. Instead of putting people to work, fragmented and unpredictable federal approval processes drag on for years and sometimes decades. It’s time to lighten the federal touch, provide clear rules of the road for new technologies, and empower communities to modernize this archaic system.

Biden’s website outlines his plan to build a “modern, sustainable infrastructure and an equitable clean energy future”.

Biden – Biden’s website outlines his plan to build a “modern, sustainable infrastructure and an equitable clean energy future”. The plan will put the U.S. on an “irreversible path” to achieve net-zero emissions, economy-wide, by no later than 2050, and vows to create millions of “good-paying jobs” that provide workers with the choice to join a union.

“Biden will make a $2 trillion accelerated investment, with a plan to deploy those resources over his first term, setting us on an irreversible course to meet the ambitious climate progress that science demands,” Biden’s website states.

2 trillion dollars over the first 4 years is just a drop in the bucket. Right now, no one is doing more to find and implement alternative energy than the petroleum industries themselves. This plan would immediately put people in the unemployment lines.

Too costly with his plan:

5) FOREIGN POLICY:

Pros
Trump – President Trump is bolstering American influence by leading a coalition of strong and independent nations to promote security, prosperity, and peace both within America’s borders and beyond. The promise of a better future will come in part from reasserting American sovereignty and the right of all nations to determine their own futures.

United States Strategic Approach to the People’s Republic of China

Biden – Nothing substantial, to date.

Cons
Trump – Nothing to date.

Biden – It’s hard to force views on other nations when you show yourself weak in military abilities, huge income taxes placed on your people, and a never-ending spending spree for tax payers to cover. Just as if China would try to force views upon the citizens of the United States.

6) EMPLOYMENT:

Pros
Trump – President Trump: ‘We Have Rejected Globalism and Embraced Patriotism

Jobs Numbers in July Beat Expectations for Third Straight Month

Biden – Jobs were hard to find during his Whitehouse stay.

Cons
Trump – Nothing to date.

Biden – As president, Biden will ensure that workers receive the pay and dignity they deserve. He will:

Increase the federal minimum wage to $15. As Vice President, Biden helped get state and local laws increasing the minimum wage across the finish line – including in New York State – and has supported eliminating the tipped minimum wage. He firmly believes all Americans are owed a raise, and it’s well past time we increase the federal minimum wage to $15 across the country. This increase would include workers who aren’t currently earning the minimum wage, like the farmworkers who grow our food and domestic workers who care for our aging and sick and for those with disabilities. As president, Biden will also support indexing the minimum wage to the median hourly wage so that low-wage workers’ wages keep up with those of middle income workers.

With the amount of increased income taxes on the people, they’re going to need more money, but watch the inflation soar. He also wants to raise income taxes on higher income citizens.

7) HEALTH CARE:

Pros
Trump – Obamacare is hurting American families, farmers, and small businesses with skyrocketing health insurance costs. Moreover, soaring deductibles and copays have made already unaffordable plans unusable. Close to half of U.S. counties are projected to have only one health insurer on their exchanges in 2018. Replacing Obamacare will force insurance companies to compete for their customers with lower costs and higher-quality service. In the meantime, the President is using his executive authority to reduce barriers to more affordable options for Americans and U.S. businesses.

President Trump is signing an Executive Order to increase American production of essential medical supplies and cut down
reliance on foreign producers of medicines.

Biden – Nothing to date.

Cons
Trump – Nothing to date.

Biden Supports Obamacare. Nuff said.

8) EDUCATION:

Pros
Trump – Our Nation’s elementary and secondary education systems are falling behind the rest of the world. The Administration supports school choice for parents, prepares students to compete in a global economy, modernizes a federal student aid system, and holds higher education institutions accountable to students and taxpayers alike.

Memorandum on Continued Student Loan Payment Relief During the COVID-19 Pandemic

Biden – Has plans but very costly to taxpayers.

Cons
Trump – Nothing to date.

Biden – As president, Biden promises to make 2 years of community college free for anyone who wants to attend. This   includes part-time students, Dreamers (young undocumented adults), and adults who never had the chance to go to college.
The only way to cover the cost of this is to raise income taxes substantially and other taxes.

9) LAW AND JUSTICE:

Pros
Trump – President Trump understands that safe communities and low crime levels don’t happen by accident. To ensure safety, the Administration has taken steps in its first year to restore the rule of law, forge partnerships with state and local law enforcement, encourage respect for officers nationwide, and adopt aggressive strategies for tackling gang- and drug-related violence. Continued work to support law enforcement will help reduce violent crime to historic lows.

Biden – Nothing to date.

Cons
Trump – Nothing to date.

Biden – I guess Biden has never been to jail. We should thank God we got jail’s. He plans to ease fines and let a million people off the hook for drug related crimes, and legalize marijuana nation wide.

10) AGRICULTURE:

Pros
Trump – From our country’s earliest days, agriculture has been the centerpiece of rural prosperity in America. But today’s farmers and ranchers face many challenges bringing the fruits of their labor to market. With a focus on trade and regulatory reform, America can help its farmers feed millions more both here and abroad.

Biden – Nothing planned that isn’t already happening.

Cons
Trump – Nothing to date.

BidenHis agriculture plan is another big money spending spree. What he has proposed to do is exactly what’s already happening.
